The CNC Punch and Drilling machines together with a Kaltenbach NC Saw handle production up to 100 tonnes per week and provide capacity to manufacture up to 500 tonnes of beams and fittings per project.
Stringent quality control procedures examine fabrication at every key stage with dimensional checks and testing of welds as detailed in the design specification. All welding is carried out by a skilled team of coded welders to NSSS standard.
